My brother Dan is a busy person.
He got into his Ford pickup and noticed a large cardboard box in the truck’s bed. Dan drove back and forth for several days with the box still bouncing around. On the third day he decided to take it in the house and open this package.
He and Sandra, wife were astonished. What? Where did it come from? Who sent it? Then suddenly the laughter began. They are compared to the Bundys.
Their 9 grown children and grandchildren have taken the show to another level. Never a dull moment

Packaged very well, no damage. Came within a week. The actual scene of the man and woman could be improved. Looking at the man's left side leg is not shaded correctly. It looks like he has 1 skinny leg and 1 muscular one. Also, the placement of my husband's head could have been a bit higher to show some neck. The arms for the female look extremely long and not properly proportioned. So for the Royal Couple, those are my suggestions for other customers requests. My husband was totally surprised when he looked at it.

I had a small issue where I ordered two portraits and only received one tracking number and one portrait. I contacted customer service because I paid for expedited shipping to have it for Christmas. They were great about contacting me back and looking into the situation. Within two days I had an additional tracking number and I received my order On Christmas Eve. Which definitely satisfied me. The product is fabulous. Getting the digital download is well worth the extra dollars. My only issue is with the tracking. There were no updates from the initial it shipped, and the expected arrival date never changed; and the package arrived 7 days AFTER the ETA date.
